RETURN POLICY

If the item is defective or damaged in transit, kindly provide us with proof (attached picture)  so that we can expedite the processing.  If for other reason you are not completely satisfied with the item, we will make it right or refund your purchase.  You may choose to refund, replace , or return the item.

GUIDELINES

  • All orders are applicable for refunds within the first 30 days.  We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 day refund period.
  • Any returns should be kept in original packaging and in same condition as received.
  • Buyer is responsible for returned shipping cost, including any additional fees associated with returning the item. 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
